🗓️ 7 Days of Spring in FoCo

Day 1: Downtown Discovery & Dinner

Kick things off in Old Town. Stroll the historic streets, stop at The Cupboard for local finds, and snap a selfie by the piano murals. Grab dinner at The Welsh Rabbit (charcuterie heaven), then catch a live show at The Aggie or Magic Rat.

Day 2: Get Outside (and a Little Sweaty)

Hike Horsetooth Rock or Greyrock Trail if you’re up for a climb. Prefer mellow? Stroll along Poudre River Trail. Refuel with a post-hike smoothie at The Butterfly Café or beers + nachos at Maxline Brewing.

Day 3: Liquid Arts Day

Coffee, kombucha, beer, oh my. Start at Harbinger Coffee, grab lunch at Avogadro’s Number, then hit Odell Brewing and New Belgium for a patio beer crawl. Want extra credit? Add a visit to Mobb Mountain Distillers for a cheeky cocktail.

Day 4: Jessup Farm Wander + Foodie Finds

Spend your day in Jessup Farm Artisan Village. Grab pastries at Bindle Coffee, sample brews at Jessup Farm Barrel House, then shop small at local makers. Finish it off with farm-to-fork eats at The Farmhouse.

Day 5: Friday Night Lights & Bites

Start with First Friday Art Walk downtown. Browse galleries, sip wine, maybe buy something cool. Then head to Avogadro’s for patio jazz or swing by The Comedy Fort for laughs and local beer.

Day 6: Museum & Culture Day

Get curious at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery (hello, OtterBox Dome Theater). Explore local art at Gregory Allicar Museum and peek into Fort Collins’ past at the Avery House. Bonus stop: Global Village Museum for tiny treasures and tea across cultures.

Day 7: River Road Trip

Cruise up Poudre Canyon Scenic Byway. Stop at Picnic Rock, hike Hewlett Gulch, and grab lunch at Howling Cow Café. End with a sunset meal (or show!) at The Mishawaka — bonus points if you score a dome by the river.
